With over 20 years experience in New Home Advertising, James has built strong business relationships with home builders, developers, and real estate professionals throughout the country. With a degree in Advertising and Design from the University of Maryland, James launched JM Designs & New Home Advertising to provide marketing and advertising services to home building industry. James has focused on providing builders with an affordable alternative to high-priced advertising agencies, creating a “one-stop-shop” for all the marketing needs for today’s new home builder or real estate pro. We work with builders throughout the country, giving each the attention they deserve, and an image they are proud of. “All we do is new home advertising, and we do it for less.”

With nearly ten years of internet marketing and website development experience, Ifeanyi brings vast knowledge and experience in all aspects of website development, internet marketing, email marketing, and web programming. With hundreds of websites created under Ifeanyi’s supervision over the years, he has created sites including Wordpress, Web 2.0, and various PHP frameworks. Well versed in HTML, CSS, Jquery, MySQL, Php and SEO, he manages all web projects newhomeadvertising.com undertakes.

Renee Seigley, New Home Sales & Marketing Consultant

Renee brings over 15 years of progressive experience in the
homebuilding industry. As a national director of sales and marketing for one of the nation's top
5 homebuilders, she was responsible for centralizing sales and marketing functions and
coordinating campaigns across 37 divisions and four brands. (Ryan Homes, NV Homes, Foxridge,
and Rymarc). Renee made the decision to combine her homebuilding experience with her MBA and
several years with a big 5 consulting firm to offer customized services to small and mid-sized
builders. Clients work with Renee to create an overall sales plan and manage sales teams,
implement targeted marketing, recruiting and hiring of sales staff, competitive analysis,
product selection and pricing, model home design and to increase sales and bottom line.
